                                Drop-ins are welcomed, but advanced reservations are very much encouraged.
                                                   You can do so online via class schedule page

    ​Front Desk Hours:  
Monday/Wednesdays/Fridays:  5:30-8:30pm
    Saturday and Sundays:    9-3pm.
          Otherwise the studio opens 15 minutes before day classes, then the door will be closed while class is in session.

Making Reservations:
     Just use the "Class Schedule" tab above
- You'll need to have an account, which you can set up from the tab above, and it will direct you to the MindBody site. Please be sure to enter your name in the "New to our site?" box on the right, click next, and make sure your name pops up so that your account gets linked. Click "This is me!" and then set up your account. Once registered with your account you can view and manage your profile, as well as reserve and/or cancel your classes. 

- Also, very conveniently, you can use the MindBody Connect App (For iPhone and Android)!  It's quick and easy, especially for those last minute decisions.  

Our cozy studio is available and welcoming to all, so if you've reserved a class and then can't make it in, please be kind to your fellow member and don't forget to cancel, so that your spot can be offered to them.  Your consideration is much appreciated.  

​Also note that your reserved class is being deducted from your pass once confirmed.  If you need to cancel, please do so outside of 24 hours prior to your scheduled class to avoid the class deduction.
